WE llc is a small consultancy built around applying the values of lean engineering through service, training, and coaching.  WE are available to lead projects and solve problems as a contract engineer, program manager, or quality engineer.  WE have developed several courses ready to customize for your team and your issues to teach long term problem solving and risk management.  In 2009, WE partnered with Personal Intelligence LLC creating LEArN to offer coaching to lead companies to be more efficient and more productive incorporating a combination of lean principles with personal development.
